One thing you need to know: it is possible when you believe it is.
I know all about busting
through walls and not allowing
things to get in my way.
after a transformational moment at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum,
I listened to my soul, picked up an paintbrush and haven’t stopped.
I began painting with watercolors and acrylics with no formal training in either, and didn’t allow that to be a block or excuse to prevent me from taking action on what makes my soul sing.
I changed my focus to art and made my dream come true after having a
23 year career as a solopreuner helping small businesses grow through
design/PR/marketing/advertising.
I started all over again, establishing a fine art-based business selling my art to individuals and designers worldwide.
I have worked with collectors who have commissioned me to create custom paintings for their spaces.
In a few short years I have had solo exhibits, been featured in group shows, taught workshops both online and in-person, been interviewed on podcasts including artist Laura Horn’s and television on NH Chronicle, had multiple pop-ups at national home decor retailer West Elm, had my art featured by REAL SIMPLE Magazine, Impeccable Nest interior design swag bags and blog, Brass and Pine designer air bnb, and participated in art festivals.
I used my art practice to help heal grief after losing my dad.
I completely overhauled my life to heal autoimmune disease/psoriatic
arthritis , using my art as part of my healing.
I found ways to paint through debilitating pain, and paint anywhere and
everywhere while dealing with some huge life challenges.
i have mentored artists and creatives from israel to the pacific northwest.

CREATIVE > SHIFT private mentoring/coaching is for you, and creatives like you, who are ready to bust through walls and nurture their practice so you can grow in beautiful new ways. It is you and me, one-on-one. We will make rubble out of brick walls and find ways around roadblocks that hold you back.
I BELIEVE IN YOU. I know you are
a creative soul or you wouldn’t be here.
I’m here for YOU. To hold your hand, guide you and give you the wake up call you need so you can take action. It is us, determining what is holding your back and making plans to help you get around it. It’s time for you to you step out of the box you’ve put yourself in and become the creative soul you are meant to be.
I will work with you one-on-one to take a wrecking ball to big blocks that prevent you from stepping into your creative power. We will work to find ways for you to render them powerless!
We will talk , like two old friends getting together over coffee, Tea or wine (or margaritas), to remove blocks that prevent you from creating in your most authentic way or from growing the creative business of your dreams. We will find ways to stop these blocks from stealing your creative joy, and making you feel ‘less than’. we can also paint together to shake things up and open yourself up to the beauty of the process, while creating something that didn’t exist before. cool, right?
I will lead you through exercises that will help you get unstuck, build trust in your process and yourself, and move you closer to finding your voice and manifesting your dreams.

CREATIVE > SHIFT PRIVATE MENTORING SESSIONS are a flat rate of $125 per hour. Sessions that involve painting together live, ARE SCHEDULED for a minimum of 1.25 hours and are $150 per session. schedule 3 or more sessions and receive a 10% discount.
Invoicing for mentoring occurs prior to sessions, and must be paid prior to commencing.
I am committed to providing you with real value. I respect your honesty and vulnerability about your creativity, blocks your may have and your dreams. I want to share my experience and the lessons I’ve learned, so that you gain important perspective, tools and takeaways that will continue to help you move forward.
